Doris Blaesing leads the NRM Group. She has extensive experience in managing R&D, agricultural productivity / sustainability and business development projects in Australia and overseas. She understands the opportunities for agriculture to deliver environmental outcomes in an economically sustainable way, and is passionate about making things happen.

Kurt de Jonge has a strong interest in natural resource management and it’s application in sustainable agriculture. His main skills lie in soil management, environmental impact assessment, environmental geomorphology and the implementation of monitoring based technology into everyday farming techniques. His practical experience in beef, pasture and vegetable production also provides him with the practical experience required in NRM.

Sophie Wadley has worked in the agricultural industry in extension and research roles for the past nine years. She has extensive knowledge of the grazing (beef, sheep & dairy) and horticultural industries, developing and delivering extension programs, group facilitation and project management.

Stephen Welsh has extensive knowledge and experience in the vegetable and amenity horticulture industries; coordinating R&D programs; and managing weeds in farming systems and conservation areas. He has worked with landcare and NRM groups for over ten years.

Patrick Wadley was brought up on a family farm and recently graduated with a degree in Applied Science – Agriculture. He has a keen interest in pasture productivity and works with Serve-Ag’s NRM and Agronomy divisions to help him develop a stronger understanding of the relationships between farm productivity and sustainability.
